Department of Developmental Services Decisions

Regarding Fair Hearings

DDS Decision Search Engine

What is a DDS Decision?  OAH issues final decisions for the Department of Developmental Services regarding consumer appeals from Regional or Developmental Centers.  These appeals often focus on issues of eligibility for services, or the level or type of service to be given a consumer having developmental disabilities.

OAH does not post the result of confidential mediations, arbitrations, or proposed decisions (such as cases heard under the Administrative Procedure Act).  For the final results on these matters, contact the agency itself (such as the Medical Board, Contractors State License Board, etc.).
