Each General Jurisdiction regional office of the Office of Administrative Hearings has its own calendaring unit.
To reserve a hearing date at the Office of Administrative Hearings please complete and submit a request to set form. (See Cal. Code Regs., tit. 1, § 1018.) The form should be submitted in triplicate to the appropriate regional OAH office. State agencies should use the OAH 21A, Request to Set for State Agencies. Local agencies should use the OAH 21B, Request to Set for Local Agencies. School Districts should use the OAH 21C, Request to Set for School Districts. Dates for Teacher Layoff Hearings are reserved through the OAH 21D, Request to set Teacher Layoff Hearing.
